The Alliance is excited to add two new faces to our team, in Pennsylvania and in Maryland!

Tim Hudspeth joins the Alliance headquarters team in Annapolis, MD as our Finance Assistant. He brings 11 years of procurement and budget experience from his previous employment with the Department of Justice. He started in the Pathways student program, then hired as a contractor after he received his degree in Communications from Bowie State University.  In his spare time, Tim enjoys fishing, hiking, studying all things nature, sci-fi conspiracy theories, and creating videos for his kayak exploration vlog. Brittany Smith joins the Alliance Pennsylvania team in Lancaster, PA as our Pennsylvania Conservation Coordinator. For the past decade, she has been developing a diverse conservation background through work with the National Parks Service, Lancaster County Planning Commission, Warwick Township, and Lititz Boro. She also spent several seasons traveling throughout the country teaching environmental education through experiential learning programs. Most recently she worked for Lancaster County Conservation District, performing grants management and agricultural conservation. In her free time, you can find Brittany hiking through the forest to forage for wild edibles, or camping. Read more about Brittany in her bio.
