Executive Director of the Chesapeake Bay Commission, Ann Swanson reflects on the early years of bay conservation and her time spent working with Fran Flanigan. Fran taught Ann how important it was to work with and listen to the community. Ann worked closely with the Alliance as we became the leading convener of voices throughout the watershed.
