Join the Lancaster County Tree Tenders!
Lancaster County Tree Tenders is a volunteer group focused on increasing our urban tree canopy by planting, caring for, and teaching neighbors about trees. Tree Tenders will meet several times a year to learn and socialize, and will work on projects to improve the urban forests we call home. The 2025 cohort will start on March 1st; sign up for more information today to reserve a spot! It is free of cost and family-friendly.
Lancaster County Tree Tenders is a program coordinated by the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. Funding for this program (including trees for you to plant in your community!) comes from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
