The Alliance is excised to welcome two new faces to the Alliance staff!

Jordan Gochenaur joins the Alliance as our RiverSmart Program Assistant in our Washington, DC office. He has over seven years of experience working as a contractor for the RiverSmart program in DC. Jordan is excited to be on this side of the project now, assisting with installations and working with homeowners. He cares deeply about the outdoors and green spaces, and believes they are especially important in an urban environment. He is passionate about DC specifically and hopes to someday see people swimming in the Anacostia River.

Mauricio Rosales joins the Alliance team as our Agriculture Program Manager in our Lancaster, PA office. He brings with him education and experience are in dairy; however, he has been involved in conservation programs and have supported conservation professionals in the past. Besides working with farm animals and producers, Mauricio enjoys gardening and growing his own food. He likes to use all the produce of his garden to make his famous chili and other diverse dishes.
