Extraordinary Give

For the last 5 years, The Alliance has had the opportunity to call Lancaster County our home. On November 19, 2021, the Alliance will participate in the Extraordinary Give for the 5th year in a row to raise support as we continue to

  • plant thousands of native trees and shrubs,
  • help dozens of farmers understand and implement conservation on their farms, and
  • build more partnerships with local businesses to amplify our impact.

A record number of 110 volunteers planted over 600 trees on November 15th in Landisville, PA.
This was our team’s final tree planting of the season. It capped off a record-setting planting season in which our team and volunteers planted over 10,000 trees – reforesting nearly 40 acres of lands across Pennsylvania! 🌳

The Extraordinary Give is a 24-hour online day of giving coordinated by the Lancaster County Community Foundation. This day is curated to bring awareness to the community benefit organizations that make the Lancaster community a vibrant place for us to live, work, and play.

This year presented challenges to the communities across Pennsylvania, yet, your support has also helped make an EXTRAORDINARY environmental impact.
