For three weekends in a row, the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Manchester Manifest, and Manchester Alliance will host a litter cleanup event in the Manchester and Blackwell neighborhood of Richmond!
Join our Project Clean Stream Kick-Off Event! Meet at the Alliance Office outside the Manchester Pie Factory (612 Hull Street, Richmond, VA 23224). Clean up area will be between Hull Street, Commerce Road, Everett Street, and E 2nd Street—special thanks to Lewis Supply for donating their dumpsters for this event. Parking: The lot at the Manchester Pie Factory is for occupants only, but there is typically substantial street parking, especially on Decatur street. Stay until the end for your chance to win an Alliance merchandise raffle! Register here.
Join Manchester Manifest for First Friday. Meet at the corner of Hull Street and 13th Street. Clean up area will be between 10th and 15th bounded by Bainbridge Avenue and Decatur Street. No registration required.
Join Manchester Alliance for their monthly clean-up! Meet in front of Legend Brewing Company (321 W 7th St, Richmond, VA 23224). Volunteers can choose to pick up trash in several segments throughout the Manchester and Blackwell neighborhoods. Stay for a raffle afterward and beverages and snacks from Legend Brewing Company. No registration required.
