If you are a new or returning Riparian Ranger and missed our first Spring training in May, this training is for you! We’ll be hosting two additional, shortened training sessions in the small buffer planting behind the Alliance’s office at 841 Flory Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.
The training will last an hour and we’ll be covering all the information you need to know about being a Riparian Ranger volunteer including invasive and native plant identification, tree shelter removal, and general problem shooting when taking care of a new buffer. You will also be able to pick up a t-shirt, sticker, and maintenance supplies during this time.
Prior to the training, make sure to explore the webpage and sign up via the inquiry form (if you are new) here.
