Join us for a week of celebrating native plants!
Throughout the week of September 14th- 18th we are sharing videos that show our love for native plants! Make sure to check our event page as well as our Facebook Page for educational videos throughout the week.
Videos will include:
–Native Plant Narratives: short, educational videos highlighting the benefits of Chesapeake native plants and conservation gardening. Most of the videos will focus on specific native species, where and when to use them, as well as how to care for them.
–Chesapeake Natives Inc.: our friends at Chesapeake Natives Inc. will share a virtual tour of their nursery
–Inn at Horn Point: our friends at the Inn at Horn Point will give a virtual tour demonstrating their green practices, such as, composting and their newly planted rain garden!
