Connecting People through...

Bay and River Sojourns

From 1990-2007, the Alliance has worked with local river conservation organizations across the Bay watershed to hold week-long paddling and camping trips that celebrate rich history and ecology of the rivers that make the Chesapeake Bay unique.

While the Alliance itself does not organize sojourns anymore, many of our partners as well as other groups have adopted this program as an excellent way to connect people to the land and water of their local rivers.
