Alliance x Join or Die Knives Oyster Knife

Want to shuck oysters in style? This hand-crafted oyster knife is born out of a collaboration between the Alliance and Join or Die Knives, a Richmond-based knife shop creating one-of-a-kind pieces. The hand-forged stainless steel blade sits on top of a custom handle made from crushed, reclaimed oyster shells and maple wood dyed the Alliance’s blue. Each knife purchased supports the Alliance’s work to restore the lands and waters of the Chesapeake Bay watershed, but can be enjoyed shucking any region’s oysters.

MATERIAL: AEB-L stainless steel (blade), blue-dyed stabilized maple and oyster shell acrylic (handle), leather (strap); undergoes Join or Die’s custom high toughness heat treat process
